2x founder • 1x exit • building Claint

I've been building software for 16 years. I worked across industries (e-commerce, credit bureau, agribusiness, and others) until I started my own thing in January 2019: Carteira Global, where we consolidated multi-institution portfolios for investment advisors, pulling assets scattered across brokers and banks into one place.

In May 2021, we sold Carteira Global to Banco Modal, a publicly traded firm. Inside the bank, we became the official valuation and portfolio-performance engine for its clients, with 100k portfolios priced and 400 advisors using the platform daily.

Right now I'm co-founder and CTO of Claint, an AI platform for investment advisory firms in Brazil. Claint brings together the context scattered across the advisor's WhatsApp, email, and meetings, then handles the operational work on top of it: updating the CRM, organizing follow-ups, and preparing analyses. The idea is simple: the AI drafts, the advisor reviews and approves, and the firm scales with higher quality.

The same lever I use to multiply my engineering team, I apply to the advisor: AI inside the loop, stripping out the grunt work and giving back time for judgment. It's 10x on both sides, in how we build software and how the advisor serves clients. Less repetition, more judgment.

And remember: AI won't replace you, but the people who know how to use it will.
